SHIPPING & HANDLING

Whereas many offerings of merchandise are for delivery with the vague epithet "Plus Shipping and Handing", beginning on the first day of January following the enactment of this law, any shipping and handling charges greater than one dollar or ten percent of the value of the product must be prominently stated with the phrase "shipping and handling".

This requirement shall be applicable to all goods offered for sale across state lines.
